The Role:
We’re seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join Dipsea on a contract basis. This role owns the day-to-day execution of Dipsea’s organic social presence, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.

- Manage the day-to-day posting schedule, content calendar, and platform best practices.
- Integrate tests for app conversion through various social touchpoints.
- Execute against established brand, campaign, and content strategy.
Content Coordination & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with internal teams, freelance creators, and designers to bring social content from concept to publish.
- Design social posts within existing Dipsea templates and visual guidelines as needed via Canva.
- Provide clear feedback and guidance to ensure content aligns with Dipsea’s tone, voice, and values.
- Identify opportunities to adapt trends, formats, and cultural moments in a way that feels authentic to the brand.
Community Management
- Act as the day-to-day community manager across social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
- Foster positive, inclusive engagement and flag recurring feedback, questions, or sentiment to the marketing team.
- Develop a strong understanding of Dipsea’s brand voice and audience.
Performance, Trends & Optimization
- Monitor organic social performance and identify what content is resonating.
- Stay current on platform trends, test formats, posting cadence, and content approaches within defined strategy.
- Apply learnings to improve day-to-day execution over time.
- Share performance insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Creator Collaboration
- Support coordination with creators and influencers, including content review, communication, and scheduling.
- Over time, assist in managing creator relationships and workflows as the program scales.
