Position Summary
We’re looking for a teammate to help us deliver extraordinary value and service to our digital marketing clients. The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team or solo environment.
You will create the look, layout and design of websites and landing pages, including:
- Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
- Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
You’ll collaborate with the agency owner and other project partners to design WordPress websites and update web pages; optimize websites for performance; design and manage PPC campaigns; develop sales funnels; report on analytics and campaign results; design and development email campaigns; and other typical daily digital marketing tasks.
We’re seeking someone who is interested in continuing to build their career in digital marketing and website development. This is a great part-time position with room for growth in terms of hours, responsibilities, and compensation. Initially, you'll follow existing guidelines and design specifications, with opportunities to lead new projects as you grow in the role.
Compensation & Benefits
This role is a 15-20 hour per week contracting position with no benefits. The successful candidate will be available for core hours at least four days per week, with some flexibility for your schedule. Role is hybrid work-from-home, with at least one required day per week at a local co-working facility for team collaboration. More in-person days will be required for onboarding & training purposes as you get started.

Competencies
- Expertise with WordPress website development.
- Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics and design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery.
- Experience with analytics reporting and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity and experience with PPC advertising.
- Familiar with interactive design concepts and template-based design for websites utilizing content management platforms.
- Experience with CRMs and other digital marketing tools such as Hubspot, MailChimp, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience building websites compatible across multiple operating systems and web browsers using CSS that conform to W3C standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities, and communicate progress
- Capability of coming up with fresh ideas and diversity in style
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as on your own
- Superior analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
- Experience as a web designer and web project leader
- Strong technical background and understanding of web development principles and processes
- Expertise in building pages and websites; strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Thorough understanding of UI/UX standards and best practices
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization principles and practices
