The Role:
Milk Streetis seeking an experienced, results-driven TikTok Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team as a freelance contractor. In this position, you will focus specifically on the brand’s TikTok Affiliate Marketing efforts, including sourcing and managing influencers and creators and their content on-platform, as well as day-to-day management of TikTok shop operations. This role will require extensive collaboration among multiple departments, including (but not limited to): e-commerce, paid marketing, social media, digital operations, and more. This role may also include collaboration with our agency and internal staff on non-TikTok affiliate marketing efforts as needed. A flexible, creative sensibility with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as data-driven analytics skills are critically important.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs on TikTok, including analyzing, recruiting, and negotiating with influencers and creators on TikTok to drive affiliate sales.
· Collaborate with Milk Street marketing and e-commerce teams to identify key products to be used in affiliate marketing programs and content.
· Identify creators, influencers, and affiliates that fit the Milk Street brand and our audience (Food & Cooking) and can drive cost-effective sales within CPA & ROAS targets.
· Work with affiliates to coordinate products, creative concepts, and timing, ensuring creative content is on-brand, including communicating and coordinating brand-specific use cases and talking points.
· Create TikTok marketing strategies that employ content creators, influencers, and affiliates and their content; develop, deploy, and scale high-converting campaigns.
· Analyze affiliate campaign performance, provide detailed reports on clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs, and optimize for sales and engagement growth.
· Identify high-performing creative and coordinate additional usage (as needed), including the creation and deployment of paid marketing campaigns on TikTok (and potentially other platforms) to scale results.
· Oversee daily operations of our TikTok Shop ensuring smooth functionality, performance, and customer experience.
· Coordinate with e-commerce and digital ops teams on inventory management, delivery, and technical optimization.
· Ensure that TikTok shop is optimized for conversion, implementing updates based on data analysis and customer feedback.
· Ability to collaborate and take on additional (non-TikTok) affiliate marketing duties via ShareASale, as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of proven digital and social marketing experience with an emphasis on TikTok and Shopify.
· Minimum 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate management.
· Fluency with TikTok’s platform––front-end and back-end operations and best practices.
· Experience running paid advertising campaigns via TikTok Ads Manager.
· Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopify Analytics and 3rd party social monitoring and attribution tools.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliates and partners.
· Ability to think and act in a strategic, data-driven manner; drive KPI performance (CPA, ROAS, etc.) while maintaining budgetary efficiency.
· Familiarity with non-TikTok affiliate marketing via ShareASale.
· Familiarity with food and cooking social content is a major plus
· Some personal experience with TikTok content creation is also a plus.
