We are seeking a dynamic freelancer digital marketing manager to join our marketing agency!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management: Oversee the setup and execution of marketing projects from start to finish. 
Strategy Development: Work closely with the Fractional CMO to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
Website Optimization: Update the website with fresh content and optimize pages for better performance. 
Lead Generation: Improve lead capture methods and forms across all channels to maximize customer acquisition and conversion.
Partnership Outreach: Develop and manage outreach strategies to build partnerships and collaborations.
Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional materials, case studies, and brochures.
Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular reporting, A/B testing, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems (such as HubSpot or alternatives) to manage leads and track client interactions.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc marketing support as needed, working in a dynamic and collaborative small team environment
