Position Overview:
Ambient Vibes Music is looking for a Freelance Creative Outreach Representative to join our growing team. This innovative role is designed for individuals with a strong network in the music industry and a passion for connecting creators to resources that can unlock their potential. As a Freelance Creative Outreach Representative, you will be instrumental in discovering new talent, fostering meaningful industry connections, and building lasting relationships that align with our mission.
You will be an ambassador for the Ambient Vibes Music brand, promoting our artist services, generating leads, and serving as a trusted guide for artists looking to elevate their music careers. Your contributions will directly impact the creative journey of countless artists, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to transform their artistic visions into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Connect: Actively scout and connect with emerging and established artists, producers, and content creators, highlighting the value of Ambient Vibes Music’s services in production, mixing, mastering, marketing, and artist development.
- Promote Artist Services: Represent and promote the full range of Ambient Vibes Music’s offerings to potential clients, ensuring they understand how each service can enhance their career.
- Generate Leads & Build Relationships: Use your personal and professional networks to generate new business leads, establish relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
- Creative Consultation: Serve as a creative consultant to artists, advising them on the best Ambient Vibes Music services to achieve their goals.
- Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between artists and our production and marketing teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients’ needs are met.
- Maintain Our Values: Uphold the values of Ambient Vibes Music by promoting diversity, creativity, and originality in every interaction, and ensuring that all artists feel supported and respected.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the music industry with a strong understanding of music production, branding, and artist services.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within the creative industries.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a deep passion for helping artists grow and succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time while meeting referral and project targets.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and artist branding is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of multiple music genres and a strong pulse on current music industry trends.
- Experience working directly with artists, labels, and independent music professionals to guide their development.
California Requirements:
- This is a contract-based position with a commission structure that includes flat-rate payments per successful referral.
