- Deferred Payment:
$4,000 guaranteed after 30 full days of completion.
• Base Rate: Start at 3% commission on sales.
• Increased Rates: Commission increases based on performance milestones, such as reaching $100,000 (6%) or $250,000 (9%) in revenue generated from campaigns.
• Performance Review: Commission rates are reviewed and adjusted every few months, based on individual and business performance.
• Based Pay: 5% of all earnings generated after the successful completion of any marketing campaign.
• Team Commission Sharing: A small percentage of the Marketing Manager’s commission will be distributed among the marketing team:
• Marketing Executive: Receives a portion of the Marketing Manager’s earnings based on their contribution to campaign execution.
• Content Creator and Curator: Receive a very small portion of the Marketing Manager’s commission but are also compensated based on their impact on online presence, engagement, and driving sales.

Commission Sharing:
- The $200,000 cap applies only to your individual commission and does not limit your team’s earnings.

- There’s no cap for the team as their earnings are independent.
- The $200,000 cap applies separately to each department you manage, allowing a potential total of $400,000 in your first year (e.g., $200,000 in sales and $200,000 in marketing).
