Hunter Recruitment Advisorsis an RPO/recruitment company full of Recruitment Advisors that work to advise clients on the most effective way to find the talent they desire for their organizations. This also includes coaching and advising our clients on all things related to recruitment marketing! If you are a Marketing Manager for a recruitment company or have been a former recruiter who has gone on to work in the marketing field, then we would like to meet with you about our exciting new opportunity!
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify industry and market trends, competitor offerings, and other relevant demographic data
- Develop branding ideas, digital marketing, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies that cater to Hunter’s individual client needs
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers
- Investigate the performance of a company’s recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
- Create innovative recruitment marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting email campaigns
- Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development
- Create webinars, virtual events, meet-ups, and other relevant workshops for clients to join and engage with
Skills / Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated recruitment marketing experience and a track record of meeting marketing goals in a variety of markets: home services, manufacturing, operations, financial services, for example
- Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns (including social media and network marketing development and creation)
- Deep knowledge of marketing channel mix including emerging media, technologies and traditional
- Demonstrated relationship-building, project management and/or agency account management experience
- Preferred experience and technical skills in recruitment marketing technology and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Background in RECRUITMENT MARKETING required and/or knowledge of best practices in candidate & employee experience preferred
- Process-oriented, and well organized; able to bring alignment behind an initiative, keep it on track, and lead it through successful execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
