Role Overview
As a Copywriter, you'll be tasked with rapid concepting, tracking trends, and shaping the way our brand comes to life through social media content.
The ideal candidate has a finger on the pulse of social trends and culture and is a strategic, proactive problem solver. They embody a creator mindset, moving quickly from inspiration to execution, iterating based on feedback, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously. They are able to deliver work that communicates both complex technical concepts and simple consumer-focused ideas. They should also understand how their work contributes to the broader brand narrative, quickly adapt to established brand voice and tone, and create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Required Skills
- Adept social creative with a demonstrated ability to create a wide range of social-first content, from quick-hit videos to in-depth product storytelling.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities from social trends and cultural moments and transform them into compelling social concepts.
- Able to present a breadth of ideas that build variety across always-on, campaign, and reactive content calendars.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct research and ensure brand, product, and messaging accuracy.
- Ability and interest in appearing as a supporting on-camera personality is a plus.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in an agency and/or in-house creative environment developing concepts and copy for brands and products.
- Strong social media experience writing for platform-native formats across multiple channels.
- Portfolio demonstrating humor, wit, and the ability to create engaging content grounded in real products and brands.
- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling, and entertaining copy.
Portfolio Requirements
- Social-first concepts and scripts, particularly short-form video.
- Work demonstrating humor and creative storytelling.
- Examples showcasing the ability to write about products or technology with depth and clarity.
- Brand storytelling across any platform, from strategic foundations to large-scale campaigns.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
