Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with strong expertise in user experience design, user interface design, prototyping, and Figma AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leveraging Figma and its AI-powered features to create intuitive, user-centric, visually appealing, and scalable digital experiences.
The candidate will collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into user-centered designs, and deliver high-quality design solutions. Strong expertise in design systems, wireframing, usability testing, interactive prototyping, and responsive design is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design activities, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Utilize Figma and Figma AI capabilities to accelerate design workflows, generate design concepts, improve productivity, and create interactive prototypes.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and product objectives into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.
- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and UI guidelines using Figma.
- Apply AI-assisted design techniques to explore layouts, generate design variations, and optimize design workflows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and design validation to improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, navigation, and visual design across digital products.
- Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and usability findings into continuous design improvements.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Stay updated with emerging UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and modern design methodologies.
