Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing responsive web and mobile application experiences.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, user journey mapping, interaction design, and usability testing.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, covering the complete customer journey from product discovery and consideration to purchase and post-purchase experiences.
- Experience in eCommerce/D2C platforms, customer journey optimization, and translating user feedback into actionable design improvements is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. UX/UI Design – Web & Mobile
- Design and optimize responsive web and mobile application experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design end-to-end customer journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase.
- Develop mobile-first designs while ensuring consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and established design systems.
- Identify usability gaps and simplify complex customer interactions.
2. User Research & Usability Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing and user research activities.
- Develop testing scenarios, tasks, objectives, and success criteria.
- Build interactive prototypes for customer testing and design validation.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Identify customer pain points, navigation issues, and usability challenges.
- Translate user feedback and testing results into actionable design improvements.
- Continuously refine designs based on customer insights.
3. Design Execution & Optimization
- Manage the design lifecycle from initial concepts through implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Participate in design QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Evaluate live experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use customer behavior, analytics, and performance insights to optimize digital experiences.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Merchandising, and Analytics teams.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive customer experiences.
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and user-testing findings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate design reviews and collaborate on design decisions.
- Manage multiple design initiatives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Proven experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Strong experience in end-to-end user journey mapping and interaction design.
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and user research.
- Ability to convert customer feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile-first design.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility, and visual design standards.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms.
- Experience designing high-traffic transactional and online shopping experiences.
- Experience optimizing product discovery, shopping cart, checkout, and post-purchase journeys.
- Familiarity with customer behavior analytics and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Adobe XD or Sketch.
