About The Role
The role owns the brand's voice across social channels, turning product moments, launches, and cultural trends into content that grows audience and drives demand.
The team operates in a fast-moving tech environment where social is a primary acquisition channel; the role directly shapes reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution through platform-native content and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the editorial calendar and publishing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Produce and direct short-form video and graphic content using tools like Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva
- Manage paid social campaigns and budgets across Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing for CPA and ROAS
- Build and track performance dashboards in GA4, Sprout Social, and native analytics; report weekly on growth, engagement, and funnel contribution
- Grow and moderate community: respond to comments, cultivate advocates, and manage UGC programs
- Partner with product, design, and demand-gen teams on launch campaigns and go-to-market moments
- Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes, and run rapid experiments on formats, hooks, and posting cadence
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B or B2C tech
- Hands-on expertise with paid social platforms and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Sprout Social or Hootsuite)
- Demonstrated track record of growing audiences and driving measurable pipeline or revenue impact from social
- Strong copywriting and video-production skills; comfortable creating platform-native content, not just approving it
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or junior content creators
- Bonus: experience with influencer/creator partnerships, social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr), or building social programs from scratch at a startup
