We’re looking for a freelance graphic designer to support our growing portfolio of youth sports brands. You’ll work with our Creative Director and marketing team to create engaging, consistent design across youth soccer clubs, tournaments and events, leagues, travel, facilities, tech and services.
This role is a good fit for a versatile designer who enjoys working across multiple brands, can adapt to different audiences, and brings strong sports design experience. Soccer experience and San Diego-based proximity is a strong plus.
What you’ll do
- Design digital marketing materials, including social graphics, email assets, website graphics, and some advertising.
- Build polished presentations and decks for partnerships, business updates, and brand storytelling.
- Design and help build or update websites, working within existing platforms and brand guidelines.
- Create reusable Canva templates that make it easy for local clubs and marketing teams to produce brand-consistent content.
- Support merchandise and apparel design alongside our Creative Director. This can include uniforms and fan wear.
- Develop creative for tournaments, events, medals, and awards.
- Manage projects across multiple brands, incorporating feedback and delivering organized, production-ready files.
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- The ability to follow established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the work.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable project management.
- Comfort collaborating with a creative team and managing shifting priorities across several businesses.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating sports design experience; soccer-specific work is especially valuable.
