Title: Sr UX Designer
Location: Hybrid in Marietta 30339 - [1-2 days onsite during contract period (If converted, expectation is 4 days, Mon-Thurs)]
Duration: 6 month contract + extensions and/or permanent conversion
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX Design or Product Design experience
- Experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, customer portals, or workflow-based applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable business impact
- Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Leveraging AI every day to build rapid, high-fidelity prototypes with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts

This Senior UX Designer will support critical initiatives focused on the quote-to-order lifecycle, helping customers, associates, sales teams, and operations teams navigate complex workflows more efficiently. You'll join a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where UX, research, product, engineering, and AI-enabled design practices work closely together.
This team values modern design practices, rapid prototyping, strong visual design, and practical application of AI tools throughout the design process.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across enterprise applications and workflow-driven products
- Design experiences that support quoting, order management, service delivery, and operational workflows
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and business stakeholders
- Translate research findings and usability testing feedback into intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to and expand a growing design system and component library
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design exploration, and workflow optimization
- Participate in usability testing and design validation activities
- Drive UX best practices while balancing business goals and user needs
