We’re seeking expert PowerPoint Presentation Designers in ATLANTA AND CHICAGO to support a leading global organization. These individuals will participate in live planning sessions, capture key information and decisions in real time, and quickly translate complex discussions into polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Expert-level PowerPoint skills are mandatory for this role.
The Project
- Short-term presentation design engagement supporting annual planning
- Onsite attendance in Atlanta and Chicago is required
- Approximately 2–3 days of in-person working sessions
- Potential for evening and/or overnight work following planning sessions to prepare presentations for the next day's discussions
- Work will primarily involve building and refining presentations within a predetermined executive-level PowerPoint template
Key Responsibilities
- Attend live planning and working sessions in the Atlanta and Chicago offices
- Distill complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready content
- Build and develop sophisticated presentations within an established PowerPoint template
- Transform rough content, notes, and ideas into compelling presentation narratives and visuals
- Create and refine slides with strong attention to hierarchy, layout, typography, charts, graphics, and overall visual storytelling
- Work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment with tight turnaround times
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make real-time or rapid revisions as planning sessions evolve
- Maintain consistency with established brand and presentation standards
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required
- Professional experience in presentation design, executive communications, visual storytelling, or a related creative discipline
- Professionalism and business casual dress required across all planned days
