Position Overview
The Digital Audience Growth & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for helping expand the company’s digital audience, with an initial emphasis on growing our YouTube presence and attracting real, engaged followers who are interested in financial education.
This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity designed for someone who understands digital audience growth, content promotion, social media engagement, and ethical subscriber acquisition.
The specialist will work to increase awareness of Keep It Simple Financial Growth® while helping introduce our educational content to new audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase YouTube subscribers and audience engagement.
• Promote company videos and educational content through appropriate digital and social media channels.
• Identify relevant online communities, audiences, and platforms where our financial education content can reach potential followers.
• Support organic audience acquisition through engagement, content distribution, networking, and digital outreach.
• Track subscriber growth and maintain accurate records of qualifying acquisitions.
• Provide insight into audience behavior, content performance, and potential growth opportunities.
• Represent the Keep It Simple Financial Growth® brand professionally when engaging with potential followers or online communities.
• Follow all platform rules, company standards, and ethical marketing practices.
Compensation
This position is compensated at:
$1.00 per verified eligible YouTube subscriber acquired.
Compensation is capped at $150 per calendar month.
Subscribers must remain subscribed for at least 30 days before becoming eligible for commission payment.
Only legitimate subscribers obtained through acceptable marketing and audience-development practices qualify for compensation.
Artificial subscribers, bots, purchased subscribers, fraudulent accounts, misleading tactics, or other prohibited acquisition methods are not eligible for compensation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience or demonstrated ability in one or more of the following areas:
• Social media growth
• YouTube audience development
• Digital marketing
• Content promotion
• Community engagement
• Social media outreach
• Organic audience acquisition
• Digital brand development
Formal education is not required if the candidate can demonstrate the ability to produce measurable results.

Independent Contractor Relationship
This is an independent contractor opportunity and not an employee position.
Contractors are responsible for managing their own work methods, schedule, equipment, taxes, and business-related obligations, subject to the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
