Job Summary:
This role is for a passionate design leader to innovate and evolve top-of-funnel user experiences, focusing on creating engaging landing pages and appointment workflows. You will translate strategic goals into visually appealing and user-friendly designs, driving both emotional resonance and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will champion customer-centric design and collaborate effectively to bring impactful products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing landing page designs.
Develop streamlined appointment booking flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product strategies.
Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in product and interaction design.
Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work with and contribute to design systems.

Industry Experience:

Experience designing for tax, fintech, or other compliance-heavy industries is preferred.
