Multi-Brand Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Location: Houston, Texas
Position: Full-time, in-office
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio
Position Summary
Paty is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Strategy Creator to develop and manage content across our social and digital channels for our multiple brands.
This is an in-office position focused on creating strategy and original content—not simply scheduling posts. The ideal candidate is skilled in social media, graphic design, photography, and short-form video.
Responsibilities
· Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels.
· Photograph products, lifestyle settings, employees, and behind-the-scenes activity.
· Shoot and edit short-form videos, including Reels and paid-social content.
· Design social graphics, advertisements, website banners, email assets, and promotional materials.
· Write captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
· Manage the social-media calendar and publishing schedule.
· Monitor comments, messages, trends, and community engagement.
· Coordinate content with brand ambassadors and internal departments.
· Track performance and use results to improve future content.
· Organize photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets.
Qualification
· Professional social media or content-creation experience.
· Strong graphic-design and photography skills.
· Strong visual judgment and ability to create content within an established brand aesthetic while adapting appropriately to current social trends.
· Experience filming and editing short-form video.
· Proficiency with professional graphic-design and photo/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or equivalent); Canva, CapCut, or similar social-content tools also preferred.
· Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current content trends.
· Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
· Ability to manage projects from concept through publication.
· Willingness to work full-time from Paty’s Houston office.
Experience with apparel, e-commerce, retail, baby products, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
