Paradigm Pro Co Studios LLC is the creator of Paradigm Social — a next-generation social platform engineered for the creator economy. We built Paradigm Social from the ground up with one goal: give everyday people the tools to earn real income from their community, their content, and their influence — no minimum follower count required.
We are entering our beta launch and inviting our first wave of Clique Leaders to grow with us.
Role Overview
As a Clique Leader, you are the heartbeat of your own community inside Paradigm Social. You build and lead your Clique — your personal group of followers — and earn from their activity, loyalty, and engagement in ways no other platform currently offers.
This isn't just another creator program. This is a full ecosystem built around your growth.
How You Earn
Paradigm Social gives Clique Leaders multiple income streams from a single platform:
- Earnings — Earn $0.50 per active member who creates a Clique store under your Clique Leadership. With 1,000–10,000 members, weekly earnings may range from $500–$5,000+ as a Clique Leader/Influencer
- Live stream gifts — Go live and let your audience send real-money gifts (from $0.10 to $500 per gift). 80% of every gift goes directly into your wallet
- Live donations — Viewers can tip you directly during your stream, credited instantly to your balance
- Merch store — Launch your own merchandise store inside your Clique. Set your margin, Print-nn-demand stores handle fulfillment
- Music store — Possible Clique Music stores are on the horizon. Upload and monetize your music tracks exclusively for all Cliques Users
- Wallet & payouts — All earnings flow into your Paradigm wallet. Cash out via Stripe at any time
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and lead your Clique on Paradigm Social
- Invite members from your existing network, audience, or online communities
- Go live regularly to engage your audience and collect gifts and donations
- Launch your Clique store (merch and/or music — guided setup, no tech skills needed)
- Share feedback during the beta phase to help shape the platform
Qualifications
- Entry Level — no degree or prior professional experience required
- A+ if you already have 1,000+ followers on any platform (not required)
- Must be comfortable in an early-stage testing environment
- Comfortable going live on camera (occasional or regular)
- Strong interest in community building, creator culture, or social platforms
- Positive energy, consistency, and authenticity are your most valuable assets
