Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Content Writer. This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA.

As a Content Writer, you will create, edit, and validate in-product, self-service, and support content for expert readers as well as customers using a suite of FinTech products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage simultaneous technical writing and content writing projects, developing new and editing in-product, self-help, and support content
- Transform accounting/financial jargon into conversational, approachable language that drives reader action and reflects brand voice & tone
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content leads, product managers, marketers, researchers, and engineers to align digital written and visual content with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, Designer, and/or Strategist
- Relevant experience creating self-help, support guides, and/or technical content for FinTech, SaaS, Banking, and or Financial Services audiences
- Strong working knowledge of Generative AI tools for content design and strategy
- Prior experience using WordPress,
- Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your writing strengths and content design process!

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
