Hybrid (minimum of 2 days/week in-office)
The Strategist, Social Media Content & Community Management is a hands-on social specialist who owns the day-to-day voice, content calendar, and community of assigned client brands. This person is a seasoned community manager with a sharp eye for cultural and platform trends, and a content planner who can juggle multiple brand priorities, talent partnerships, and workstreams at once. They partner closely with Creative to turn trends and client goals into native, platform-right content (not just trend replication with a logo slapped on) and they retain and build on client feedback so every new round of work is sharper than the last.

- Collaborates with paid teams on briefings, asset production and selection, and trafficking
- Balances competing priorities (brand campaigns, talent partnerships, always-on content, and reactive/trend-based content) within a single calendar
- Provides creative direction on content types and formats, grounded in platform best practices
- Partners with Account and Creative teams to keep the calendar aligned with client business goals and key moments
Research, Insights & Client Knowledge Retention
- Turns research and client feedback into insights that compound over time rather than starting from scratch each round
