We're backed by the founders of David Protein, Stiller's Soda, and Magic Spoon, plus other senior CPG leaders. Right now we're two people in New York, Tom, an Oxford-trained doctor, and Joe, a repeat founder (Tapstitch). You'd be the third.
The job

- Set the strategy: You decide with the two founders what we post and why.
- Ship weekly: Ideas become posts and reels the same week.
- Shoot and edit it yourself: You hold the camera, cut the reel, and get on camera when the video needs it.
- Run the community: Reply to every comment and DM like a person, not a brand.
- Read the numbers: What got views, what got saves, what got sales,
- Build the team under you: Interns, freelancers, editors, creators. You'll hire them.
You
- Have made things that went viral, and can explain why they worked.
- Are obsessively online and interested in internet culture
- Edit fast in CapCut, Premiere, whatever, with opinions about hooks, pacing, and captions.
- Are funny, confident, and want the responsibility.
