Digital Marketing Project Coordinator
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity supporting B2B marketing programs focused on technology consulting audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on marketing execution with strong project coordination. You will help manage campaign timelines, track deliverables, coordinate across internal teams, support content development, and ensure marketing programs move forward efficiently and accurately.
Location: Five days per week onsite in one of the following markets:
Denver, San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Portland, Dallas, Houston, Raleigh, McLean, Detroit, Philadelphia, Seattle, Washington, DC, New York City, Atlanta, Richmond, or Charlotte
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing project plans, calendars, timelines, and progress trackers
- Coordinate the execution of B2B marketing programs and campaigns
- Build and manage email distribution lists
- Write, edit, and support the development of nurture emails, website copy, and thought-leadership content
- Coordinate with branding, communications, digital marketing, video, and content teams
- Manage proofreading, approvals, brand compliance, and campaign deliverables
- Provide regular project updates and help improve marketing processes and standardization
- Support ad hoc marketing projects and campaigns as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing project management
- Experience managing project plans, deadlines, calendars, and cross-functional deliverables
- Strong B2B writing and editing experience across email, website, or thought-leadership content
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous professional-services experience is preferred
