We're the original self-tanner for men - as seen on Shark Tank. 250,000+ customers. 100M+ social media views. One product that does exactly what it promises: makes guys look like they just got back from somewhere warm. We're scaling fast and we need someone who can sell with energy.
The Role
You'll create entertaining, viral-style content for Bro Glo, self-tanner for boys that started in a garage, blew up on TikTok, and landed on Shark Tank. This isn't about making polished commercials. It's about creating content people actually want to watch.
You'll film in the real world, whether that's beaches, tailgates, golf courses, college campuses, festivals, or wherever the opportunity is. You'll tan random people, capture genuine reactions, run funny street interviews, and turn it all into short-form content that doesn't feel like an ad.
This is a freelance, performance-based role. Creativity, confidence, and personality matter more than a perfect resume.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Film entertaining content in public, including tanning random people and capturing authentic reactions
- Conduct street interviews and create videos that are funny, engaging, and shareable
- Come up with your own creative content ideas while collaborating with the Bro Glo team
- Edit every video yourself with fast-paced cuts, clean transitions, and deliver the final edit without music or captions
- Shoot everything on your phone (no expensive camera equipment required)
- Meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking to strangers and filming in public
- Creative with a strong sense of humor and great content ideas
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Can edit videos that feel modern, fast-paced, and native to social media
- Comfortable speaking on camera and recording natural voiceovers
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
- Reliable and able to hit deadlines consistently
- Must speak English fluently
Pay
$100 per completed video (final edit delivered without music or captions)
The aim is to create 5-10 high-quality videos a month, but can be more if you are very skilled.
Location
Remote, but could be some in-person if in Wyomissing, PA.
