Are you a videographer who knows how to tell stories in real time? 🎙️ We’re looking for a hands-on Creator in Buffalo, NY or nearby cities) to capture our founder, team, and company growth!
Think somewhere between Diary of a CEO-style sit-down interviews and dynamic, vlog-style founder content. We need someone embedded with the team who thrives on capturing authentic moments as they happen!
The Role:
- Location: Buffalo, NY (100% On-site) — Open to candidates from nearby cities with full availability to travel to Buffalo whenever required! (Must)
- Employment Type: Full-time and long-term as a contractor (Must)
- Travel: 3–4 months per year globally ✈️ (Includes an upcoming trip to Morocco in September—exact dates TBD, so immediate full availability is essential!) (Must)
- Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. passport. (Must)

🎬 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shooting daily founder-led, vlog-style, and sit-down interview content.
- Operating with high speed and volume—turning day-to-day office moments, events, and whiteboard brainstorms into engaging social posts 📲.
- Editing and publishing organic content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X (supported by additional team editors for heavier post-production).
- Taking creative ownership to spot narrative moments without waiting for a script!
👁️🗨️ What We’re Looking For
- A Master Behind the Camera: Strong framing, intentional lighting, clean audio, and versatile movement (both static sit-downs and handheld dynamic shots).
- Solo Operator with Own Gear: Must have your own professional equipment and be fully capable of operating independently without assistants.
- Speed Over Perfection: Ability to operate in a high-volume capture edit post repeat workflow.
- Founder-Fluidity: Comfortable filming around executives, directing naturally, or disappearing into the background to capture candid energy.
