You will turn raw footage of real dogs into video people stop scrolling for. We hand you clips
from fosters, intake days, and adoptions, and you hand back finished Reels that sound like
Goodest and move people to act. You will also own the numbers: what is working, what is not,
and what we try next. Our ----------
This is a remote role. We provide the footage and photos. You bring the editing, the eye, and
the storytelling. No filming required on your end.
What you'll do
- Produce Reels end to end. Edit, caption, cut to sound, add on-screen text, and publish.
From a folder of foster clips to a finished post.
- Write in our voice. Lead with the dog, be specific, state hard things plainly. We will share
a brand guide and examples.
Stay on the pulse. Track trending audio and formats and adapt them to rescue content
without losing the voice.
What we're looking for
- A strong Reels editing portfolio. Show us accounts or videos you have made. Pacing,
captions, and sound matter more than fancy gear.
- A real feel for short-form. You understand hooks, retention, and why some videos travel
and others die in 3 seconds.
- Comfort with the numbers. You can read platform analytics and turn them into decisions.
- Strong, specific writing. You can match a brand voice and earn your adjectives.
- Self-direction. Remote and part-time means you manage your own time and ship reliably.
- You like dogs and you can handle hard stories. Some of our cases are heavy. We tell
the truth, and we do not manufacture guilt.
How To Apply-
Instead of a traditional interview, here's the ask: make one 30-second Reel.
Before you start, check out our Instagram ---------- to get a feel for our brand voice and who we are.
Pick One Of These Two Topics
Option 1: No kennel, no facility. There is no building, and that is the entire point. Our foster model is the whole differentiator: no kennels, no lease, no overhead, so every dollar goes to the dogs. A viewer, especially a donor, should walk away understanding that lean is a choice, and that their money is not paying for a facility. Voiceover (use it or not, your call): ----------
Option 2: Why Great Danes. Great Danes are euthanized because they are expensive, not because they are unlovable. Goodest was built specifically to say yes to the expensive ones. This is the founder-as-builder piece. The viewer should believe in the model enough to back it or join it. Feeling to land: conviction, the urge to support someone who clearly means it. Tone: direct, personal, founder voice. Voiceover (use it or not, your call): ----------
Footage To Work From
Use whatever you need from these. Send your finished Reel to ---------- sooner you get it in, the higher you'll be in priority.
Excited to see what you make.
