FULL-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA & APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR
Remote | Part Time to eventually Full-Time | EST Hours Required
We are a premium online golf fitness company helping competitive golfers over age 45 improve flexibility, speed, and performance so they can play with less pain and more power.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident communicator to join our team full-time.
This is NOT a generic virtual assistant role.
You will be communicating with golfers daily through Facebook , Instagram, and email conversations while helping move leads toward booked consultations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has strong conversational English
- Understands sales psychology and relationship-building
- Is comfortable guiding conversations toward appointments
- Can respond quickly and professionally
- Has experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Understands social media engagement and lead follow-up
- Has golf experience and is willing to learn our training philosophy
Responsibilities
- Respond to Facebook and ---------- ---------- ssages
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Book and confirm appointments
- Manage lead tags and pipelines inside GoHighLevel
- Help monitor social media comments and engagement
- Send follow-up messages and nurture conversations
- Assist with basic administrative and social media tasks
- Maintain fast response times during EST business hours
Requirements
- Previous appointment setting or sales support experience
- GoHighLevel experience preferred
- Available full-time during Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Strong written English communication
- Experience with social media messaging preferred
Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience from $5-$6
- Commission bonuses available up to $100 per month
