Salary: Hourly for now, Depending on your skillset--$20-$30/hr

Imposta Costumes is on the hunt for a Social Media Creator Marketer Coordinator who is eager to grow with a company headed for unlimited expansion.

While you can make your posts wherever, we need you in Runnemede to gather the costumes, etc. needed to promote. As long as you are creating, we will be flexible to where you get your work done. We just need results.
What we want: a person with their phone always in their hand able to take a short video of what looks like nothing and turn it into Viral Gold! (we need you to be our online creative voice!)
Creative + Strategic: You love building advertising and social media campaigns and analyzing what makes them tick.
Self-Starter + Collaborator: You're comfortable taking the lead but open to direction when needed.
Social Media Savvy: You know how to turn likes into loyal customers.
Charismatic + Outgoing: You love attention and know how to command it—for the brand and yourself.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and more. Stay on top of trends and keep the brand in the conversation.
Analytics & Strategy: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize strategies across platforms.
Brand Support: Be the right-hand person to the CEO, for both Imposta Costumes and growing our custom promotional costume division.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and creative teams to bring innovative product marketing ideas to life.
Customer Engagement: Keep your finger on the pulse of our audience and help build a stronger, more enthusiastic fan base.
📌 Requirements:
Show us your portfolio of online posts. If your phone and posting is a personal addiction, you may as well get paid doing it! (If you are boring, please don't apply.)
Simply--you need to have the skills to take our costumes and crazy ideas viral.
Also--you need to either have an online personality, or be able to work with a uniquely creative team of people.
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong understanding of advertising and content marketing principles.
Solid writing and content creation skills (video editing a plus!).
Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
AND AI skills
