Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate has an eye for aesthetics, understands current social media trends, and can create engaging content that showcases our floral artistry, wedding installations, and client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during weddings, floral installations, studio work, and styled shoots.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and Pinterest content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write compelling captions and social media copy aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Edit photos and videos for social media platforms.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages when needed.
- Track content performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the floral design team to highlight new projects, products, and services.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone and/or camera.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content strategy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and attend weddings/events as needed.
- Passion for weddings, flowers, design, and luxury brands preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the wedding, event, floral, or luxury lifestyle industry preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of current wedding trends and aesthetics.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to create both short-form and long-form content.
