ROLE SUMMARY
We are building an AI-powered HealthCare platform are in the final push toward MVP launch.
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Technical Project Coordinator / Operator who can take structured plans (FDDs, timelines, tech stack) and drive execution to completion.
This is not a passive coordination role. This is a “make it happen” role.
You will act as the central execution hub between the founder, Fiverr developers, designers, and community testers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure this MVP launches on time, is functional, and delivers value to users.

We now need strong execution leadership to bring this to launch.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 60–90 DAYS)
- Launch a functional MVP of the AI HealthCare platform
- Establish a structured sprint system for Fiverr developers
- Deliver core features:
- AI chat functionality
- Resource library integration
- User testing feedback loop
- Implement a repeatable operational workflow
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES1. MVP Execution & Sprint Management (60%)
- Convert implementation documents into weekly sprint plans
- Manage task boards (ClickUp, Trello, or similar)
- Assign and track developer tasks
- Ensure weekly deliverables and demo readiness
- Prevent stalled tasks and maintain project velocity
2. Developer & Vendor Coordination (20%)
- Manage Fiverr and remote developers
- Translate founder vision into actionable tasks
- Convert technical updates into clear summaries
- Identify risks, delays, and misalignment early
3. Testing, QA & User Feedback (10%)
- Coordinate testing sessions with community users
- Capture and organize feedback
- Track bugs and ensure resolution
4. Operations & Systems (10%)
- Maintain Google Drive and Slack organization
- Manage calendars and meeting cadence
- Prepare agendas and follow-up action items
- Create lightweight SOPs for repeatable workflows
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years experience in:
- Project coordination
- Startup operations
- Program or product management
- Strong understanding of:
- MVP development cycles
- Agile / sprint workflows
- Experience managing:
- Remote teams or freelance developers
- Ability to:
- Break large projects into structured, trackable tasks
- Drive accountability and follow-through

- Prior experience launching an MVP or startup product
WORK STRUCTURE
- 90% Remote
- 10% Optional in-person collaboration (Atlanta area preferred)
- Flexible hours with required availability for:
- Weekly sprint calls
- Founder check-ins
