Job Title: Marketing Professional

Description/Position Summary:
- As our Marketing & PLM Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across vendor relations, event coordination, and product marketing. Your key responsibilities will include:
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors by sharing required forms, ensuring completion, submitting to Procurement, and tracking status of onboarding.
- Request quotes and invoices, manage Purchase Order (PO) requisitions, secure necessary signatures, submit to Procurement, and track the status of POs and orders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and key liaison between the Marketing & PLM team, Procurement, and vendors, proactively addressing and resolving any operational challenges or inquiries.
Event Management & Support
- Register team members for events and manage expense receipt uploads in Concur for timely reimbursement.
- Prepare shipments for the Marketing & PLM team.
- Oversee the ordering of branded marketing materials, including business cards, nametags, and logoed swag.
- Submit all required information and forms for event participation.
- Manage the formatting and uploading of leads into campaign and CRM tools.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Events teams for various tasks.
Product Marketing Enablement
- Coordinate product marketing content creation and edits in close collaboration with the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and R&D (Research & Development) teams.
- Clearly communicate product marketing material requests to our 3rd party graphic designer.
- Curate and maintain product marketing materials within our sales enablement tool, ensuring the most current versions are consistently uploaded and accessible.
Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or marketing support experience.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive & Independent Problem-Solver: Resourceful in seeking solutions and comfortable managing tasks autonomously, while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Highspot, HubSpot, Eloqua, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) helpful but not necessary.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
