Role Description
This part-time, on-site role is based in Atlanta, GA. As a Patient Care Coordinator / Social Media Creator, you will manage patient appointment scheduling, coordinate care plans, and ensure effective communication with patients. Additionally, you will curate and create engaging social media content to represent the brand's values and services. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are integral to succeeding in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling, Care Coordination, and Patient Care
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and effective Phone Etiquette
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media content creation and platform management is a plus
- Experience in an aesthetic or medical setting is an advantage
- Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion while managing patient interactions
