Spritz Digital Agency is a strategy-led marketing agency helping brands grow through content, creative direction, and structured digital systems.
We’re looking for a part-time Content & Social Media Coordinator based in Atlanta to support content creation and execution across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience inside an agency environment. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in bringing content to life.
What You’ll Do:
• Design social media content using Canva
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut
• Assist with content creation for Social Media Platforms
• Execute content based on monthly strategies and plans
• Make revisions based on feedback and brand guidelines
• Help maintain organization across systems (Monday, Rella)
• Support day-to-day content production across client accounts
Who This Is For:
This role is best suited for someone who is early in their career (1–2 years experience) and wants to grow within an agency environment.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy executing creative work. You are coachable, open to feedback, and not currently building your own business or agency.
Requirements:
• Based in Atlanta, GA (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong Canva skills (required)
• Experience editing video (CapCut or similar)
• Familiarity with TikTok and Meta trends
• Strong communication and reliability
Bonus (Not Required):
• Shopify or Wix experience
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite
• Experience in Monday.com & Slack
• Internship or prior brand experience
About the Role:
This is a part-time position (approximately 40 hours per month) with opportunity to grow into a larger role over time.
