About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Social Media Specialist to support daily social media operations across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role will contribute to content performance and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Social Media Editor in managing social platforms
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar
- Manage posting activities, including:
- Daily Instagram Stories
- Weekend posts (Instagram & TikTok)
- YouTube Shorts scheduling
- Handle content & asset management:
- Pull video content from WorkFront
- Organize files in Google Drive
- Upload content via Sprout Social
- Maintain master content tracking sheets
- Track performance and generate campaign analytics reports
- Assist in content strategy planning and execution
