Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Marketing Assistant/Analyst for a contract position in CA(Hybrid). The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop and execute marketing deliverables targeted to employers and members that support profitable membership growth and retention
- Design and develop creative content across digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, email, social media, and digital campaigns
- Support the concepting and execution of marketing campaigns, from initial idea through final production
- Recommend actions to improve content and design based on campaign performance
- Create and manage visual assets for media, video, presentations, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality
- Edit and adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, and audiences
- Maintain brand standards and ensure all materials meet quality, accessibility, and design guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Stay current on client branding, digital best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output
Qualifications:
- Requires experience in marketing, design, or creative content development
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
Preferred:
- Preferred strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Preferred experience with video editing
- Preferred proficiency with common design, and digital tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, FusionPro and Microsite Suite)
- Preferred comfortable learning and adapting to new digital tools and platforms
