Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Retail background and deep expertise in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives supporting digital merchandising, product content, and marketing programs, while partnering closely with business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for digital content and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
- Drive execution of digital content strategies, including product catalog and product feed management
- Oversee implementation and optimization of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Support marketing initiatives such as campaign launches, content workflows, and asset readiness
- Ensure alignment of content with retail merchandising standards and customer experience goals
- Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Improve processes related to content production, publishing, and asset lifecycle management
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce environments
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations
- Strong experience with:
- Product Catalog & Product Feed Management
- CMS (Content Management Systems)
- DAM (Digital Asset Management tools)
- Digital merchandising / Photo studio workflows
- Proven ability to support and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Retail / eCommerce companies (must-have preference)
- Experience working with MarTech stack and content ecosystems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (PST preferred)
