About the Role
Seeking a Manager, Social Media for a 6-9 month contract engagement. This role will focus on the administration of the company's influencer program across the team's Western, Work, and Equestrian brand verticals. This role will report directly to the Director of Social and will be responsible for developing and executing influencer-led activations both on social platforms and live events, as well as overseeing product delivery and billing.
Cross-functional partners include Retail, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing teams.

§ Identifying ideal creator/influencer candidates to join the program.
§ Reporting to Director of Social on influencer content performance.
§ Managing database of partnered creator accounts across long-term brand influencer partners, affiliates, seeding program participants, and paid media creators.
§ Tracking products for gifting and seeding programs.
§ Collaborating with Partnership and Digital Media teams to develop content for Ariat
§ Participating in recurring team meetings, creative reviews, and 1:1 check-ins.
§ Traveling occasionally to support sponsored events and photoshoots.
§ Setting defined objectives and creating monthly performance reports.
§ Staying current on social media trends platform updates through competitor research, platform updates, and performance analytics.
About You
§ 4-6 years of professional social media experience required – agency or retail brand experience preferred.
§ 2-3 years of professional experience working directly with social media influencer/creators, including activations, content creation, and seeding.
§ Excellent copywriting skills.
§ Proficiency in CapCut, InDesign, Canva, Final Cut, Inshot or similar editing platforms.
§ Must have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
§ Solid knowledge of social media metrics and performance data.
§ BA or BS required
§ Familiarity with Ariat brand and platforms such as Sprout, Planoly, Box, Smartsheet and Teamwork are a plus.
