Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as a Social Media Sales Manager combines in-office responsibilities with our small team in Deerfield, IL, with the flexibility of working remotely. The role involves designing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement and sales. Key duties include managing content for various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, fostering audience engagement, and identifying sales leads through social channels.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Management and a proven ability to create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Background in Sales and Business Development, including identifying leads and converting opportunities into growth.
- Strong Content Strategy and Digital Marketing skills, with a focus on integrating social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in using Social Media Analytics Tools (especially LinkedIn) to track performance, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams while efficiently managing tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative mindset that drives innovative approaches.
- Knowledge of branding and event marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
