As part of Client’s , the Project Manager partners with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to deliver high-quality, cost-effective creative and communications solutions.
- In this role, the Project Manager operates both independently and collaboratively to execute a wide range of projects including campaigns, events, meetings, and corporate communications that advance Client’s business priorities.
- Responsibilities include interpreting client direction, developing accurate project estimates, securing, and coordinating creative resources, and overseeing project timelines and budgets to consistently exceed internal stakeholder expectations.
- The Project Manager works closely with employees from all areas of the organization, including Executive Leadership, managing initiatives such as disease awareness campaigns, product launches, sales and training materials, and internal communication programs.
- Experience with visual communication design and production, marketing concepts, event management, and digital media is highly valuable in this dynamic creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the creative team. Prioritize projects and assure appropriate resources are allocated properly.
- Partner and support the business development team in maintaining business with current Client clients.
- Manage execution of project plans and timelines to meet project deadlines without exception. Responsible for estimates, quotes, and invoice projects monthly.
- Meet or exceed financial goal within the role of $XXXX annually. Positively influence the improvements in workflow process. As an active member of the Account team, share best practices.
- Provide support outside your ‘normal’ client base, as business may demand. Partner within Creative to strategize on ways to improve effectiveness.
- Comply with applicable Corporate Policies, Procedures and Mandatory Training. Must be able to communicate project, budgetary, resource or quality challenges and concerns openly with clients/key stakeholders and internal teams.
- The Project Manager should have the ability to adapt to changing external influences. The ability to build relationships quickly will be an asset to the success in this role.
- Must track time on a daily/weekly basis and meet established utilization numbers for this function.
- Must be an excellent communicator collaborating with internal staff to be able to meet critical initiatives. This person must be able to work tactfully and effectively with all levels of employees at Client especially with Executive Leadership Team.
- Must be self-motivated, willing to take on additional responsibilities, and need little to no supervision. Because of the close interaction with Executive Leadership, superb people skills, executive presence and professionalism are a must.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- BA/BS required.
- Emphasis in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
Minimum Experience:
- Graduates with 5+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years Project Management/Account management. Account Management in a creative agency or meeting/event planning environment experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent executive oral and written communication skills.
