Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Hybrid Position- Monday/Fridays are remote!
- Pay range starts at $45+/hr!
- Set through the end of 2026 to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for building and authoring email marketing content using modular components and existing assets within an email content platform while supporting multiple marketing teams.
- Position will also be responsible for routing email campaigns through review and approval processes, performing functional testing and quality control, maintaining email templates and asset libraries, and collaborating with cross-functional partners including project managers, marketers, and external creative teams.
- Position will be in charge of troubleshooting email campaign issues, recommending process and tool enhancements, leveraging personalization and dynamic content capabilities, and supporting creative updates using design tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing or related field is required!
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing including content creation, testing, and deployment is required!
- Knowledge of email development fundamentals such as HTML/CSS and email rendering tools is required!
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry environment is preferred!
- Experience with email content and design tools such as Knak, Figma, or Photoshop is preferred!
