This role leads the end‑to‑end creative process across multiple platforms and global markets, leveraging data, storytelling, and cultural insight to craft content that resonates at every stage of the marketing funnel. Working closely with internal partners across Brand Media, Brand Strategy, and an in‑house Content Studio, this position shapes platform‑native video assets that drive impact and improve performance.

Sr. Social Media Producer Requirements
- 8+ years producing digital and social media content, with strong expertise in paid social advertising
- Deep fluency in the social media landscape and platform‑specific best practices
- Demonstrated experience leading creative development for multi‑platform social advertising campaigns
- Proven ability to manage and mentor freelance creative talent
- Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social formats
- Familiarity with paid measurement, creative testing methodologies, and performance‑driven optimization
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance marketing objectives
- Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative working style
- Passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and supporting small business communities
Sr. Social Media Producer Duties
- Lead end‑to‑end development of paid social video assets tailored to specific platforms, audiences, and markets
- Develop creative strategies and content formats aligned with full‑funnel marketing goals and platform best practices
- Oversee and mentor freelancers, including designers and copywriters
- Review creative concepts, pitches, and deliverables—providing clear, actionable feedback and maintaining high creative standards
- Manage platform‑specific programming calendars to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and campaign deadlines
- Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Merchandising, and Performance Media to translate campaign goals into compelling creative
- Continuously test, analyze, and iterate on creative approaches to improve performance across channels
- Identify and surface new creative opportunities inspired by cultural trends, platform innovation, and competitive insights
