- Full-time
- Junior-mid level
- Focus: Social media strategy and execution, content coordination and scheduling, reporting
About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Specialist to manage the day-to-day organic social presence for our clients. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be responsible for turning high-level strategies into actionable content calendars, engaging posts, and insightful performance reports.
You will work closely with our creative team to ensure client brands are represented authentically and effectively across all platforms. Your goal is to maintain a high standard of execution, stay ahead of platform trends, and provide the data-informed reporting that helps our clients understand the value of their organic social presence
You will also be able to help our social media processes become more efficient.
What you'll own
Content Calendar Management: Developing and maintaining monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts, ensuring timely posting and brand consistency.
Channel Strategy Execution: Implementing social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Platform Optimization: Staying current on platform algorithms and features to ensure client content is optimized for their brand’s social media strategy and associated KPIs.
Reporting & Analytics: Tracking key performance metrics, running structured tests, and interpreting results to provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
Brand Voice & Community Management: Ensuring each client’s unique brand identity is maintained in all posts and interactions.
Workflow Coordination: Utilizing internal systems and tools to ensure efficient execution of social media tasks without sacrificing quality.
The kind of thinking we need
We value evidence over "vibes." For example, when deciding whether to use a third-party scheduling tool or post natively (for example), we don't want a gut feeling. We need someone who can research current platform best practices, monitor reach across different methods, and provide a defensible recommendation based on actual performance data.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment managing multiple brands.
- Deep platform knowledge: You know the ins and outs of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Analytical mindset: You are comfortable looking at data and can explain what "success" looks like beyond just likes and comments.
- Strong writing skills: You can write compelling captions and clear, concise internal updates. You know how/when to utilize AI in your work vs. where you should not.
- Organization: You can juggle multiple client calendars and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Really nice to have, but not as critical to the role→ Experience with PR-related tasks, such as media list building or drafting press releases.
→ Basic graphic design or video editing skills for social-first content.
You might be a fit if...
- You enjoy the process of building a content calendar and seeing it come to life.
- You have strong opinions on platform trends—and the data to back them up.
- You take pride in organized workflows and meeting deadlines.
- You can tell the difference between a brand that’s following a trend and one that’s actually adding value to the conversation.
