Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Recruiter. The Social Media Recruiter will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms and recruitment tools to source, engage, and attract top talent. Daily tasks include managing job postings, interacting with potential candidates, creating hiring campaigns, maintaining an active online presence, and building relationships to support hiring goals. The individual will collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute targeted strategies for identifying qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Management and proficiency in various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong skills in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including sourcing and outreach
- Ability in Digital Marketing and Campaign Strategy to support hiring initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools or software relevant to social media management and recruitment
- Capability to work remotely and independently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
