About This Role
This role is best suited for candidates who have previously managed social media accounts for businesses or brands, not just personal accounts.
This position begins as a part-time contractor role managing 2–3 client accounts, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the agency expands.
This position is remote-first with preference for candidates located in Miami, Florida, as occasional in-person client content days may be required.
What You’ll Do
Manage Client Accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Coordinate content approvals and gather assets from clients
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication
- Participate in client calls and support communication related to content execution
Create Social Media Content
- Create engaging content including Reels, carousel posts, graphics, and stories
- Capture and edit short-form video content for social media
- Write captions aligned with each client’s brand voice and content strategy
- Design graphics using Canva and agency templates
Plan & Schedule Content
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Schedule and organize posts using Rella
- Ensure consistent posting schedules across assigned accounts
Support Content Days
- Assist with planning client content shoots
- Capture photo and video content using a smartphone
- Organize assets for upcoming posts and campaigns
Monitor Performance
- Review engagement and social media insights
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance
What We’re Looking For:
Candidates should have experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience creating short-form content such as Reels or TikTok videos
- Understanding how different content formats (Reels, carousels, and stories) contribute to reach, engagement, and overall content strategy
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating graphics and carousel posts
- Ability to maintain visual brand consistency across content (fonts, colors, layouts)
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Ability to communicate proactively with clients and the internal team
- Basic understanding of social media insights and performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, and shares
Preferred but not required:
- Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Rella, Later, or Planoly
Role Details
- 1099 contractor role
- Paid per client account

This role begins with a 90-day trial period, followed by quarterly performance reviews.
