Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Communications Specialist 4 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the marketing and social media support team for a large gaming studio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage and execute social media strategies for gaming products, focusing on community engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and publish content across various social media platforms, including managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics, generate reports, and optimize content based on performance insights.
- Engage with community members, influencers, and partners to foster a vibrant and positive online presence.
What's Needed?
- 3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation.
- Fluent in Spanish, with proven experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known gaming organizations.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone of voice for different audiences.
- Proficiency with Office 365, analytics tools (such as Sprinklr), and native social media analytics platforms.
