Robert Half is seeking Content & Social Media Specialist to support a fast‑growing global brand as they execute and scale their social media strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is chronically online, culture‑aware, and able to turn trends into authentic, brand-aligned content.
Job Title: Content & Social Media Specialist
Contract Type: Contract
Duration: 2 months, opportunity for extension
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week (8am-5pm)
Location: Downtown Seattle ( Hybrid, 3 days in office, days may vary)
Pay: $33.25-38.50/hour
Software Required: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator ) & Social Analytics Tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute on an existing social media strategy across global markets
- Support upcoming international launches, partnering with regional marketing teams
- Manage day‑to‑day content execution, organization, and asset delivery
- Spot trends and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for relevant, timely engagement
- Maintain a strong content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Engage with the community in a warm, human, brand-aligned voice
- Use SEO and best‑practice social techniques to drive visibility and engagement
- Work across tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools (OpenAI, etc.) to increase efficiency
Top Must‑Have Skills
- Strong Instagram-first social media experience — deeply plugged into culture, trends, niche verticals
- Understanding of localized content and tailoring messaging for different markets
- Ability to repurpose long‑form content into short-form social snippets
- Fast thinker with the ability to turn around ideas quickly
- Proactive, resourceful executor who brings solutions, spots opportunities, and keeps things moving
- Experience using social analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
- AI: Comfort using generative AI tools to create efficiencies (OpenAI suite; exploring Mid Journey)
