Atlas Search is partnered with a growing biopharmaceutical organization focused on endocrinology. As the company continues to expand, they’re seeking a Digital & Omnichannel Marketing (Customer Experience) professional to support strategy and execution of customer experience initiatives, including digital content, marketing automation, and CRM tools targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on the adoption and integration of marketing technologies to support personalized customer engagement and promotional efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing platforms and their interaction with digital channels to optimize performance across the customer ecosystem.
- Develop and execute integrated digital and non-personal promotion strategies to support brand and business objectives.
- Identify and share best practices in customer journey design, marketing automation, and digital engagement, while evaluating new tools and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement and optimize omnichannel strategies and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- Therapeutic Area: Endocrinology is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of industry experience
- Experience in Pharma/CRO/3rd party is a must
- Deep understanding of digital channel best practices, digital marketing digital ecosystem and the technical data
- Education: BA/BS
