Job Description
RunDNA is building a performance-focused, yet inclusive, community for runners who want to train smarter, stay injury-free, and keep improving. Later this year, RunDNA will be launching its first direct-to-runner app, designed to deliver personalized running insights and programmes that help runners progress safely and consistently.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to take ownership of that community and help it grow.
This is a community-led role. Around 80% of your time will be spent growing, engaging, and supporting RunDNA’s community of runners through social channels, partnerships, and in-person activation. The remaining 20% will focus on supporting RunDNA’s large network of approved physiotherapists, primarily through coordinated events and targeted content.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, play a visible role in shaping RunDNA’s voice and presence, and help build momentum and engagement in the lead-up to — and following — the app launch. As the community scales, there’s clear potential to help expand the team.
If you live and breathe social, understand how communities actually form and stick, and are excited by the intersection of running, performance, and technology, this role is for you.
Hours: Full-Time - 40 hours/week
Pay range: $35-40K
Location: Wilmington, DE (Must be able to be in-person and some travel)

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to amplify the app and wider RunDNA mission

Physiotherapist Community (≈20%)
- Support RunDNA’s community of thousands of approved physiotherapists
- Coordinate community initiatives such as webinars, virtual events, and educational sessions
