Roll & Render Co. is an independent, freelance branding agency (yes, a fancy word for "startup") seeking creative thinkers who can turn impossible ideas into real executions across multiple formats. We want the kids who were told they had to sit in the hallway in middle school. We want the loud, the innovative, and above all, we want the talented. We believe that fortune favors the bold, and that's something we not only live by, but instill every step of the way as we build toward something greater.
What You'll Do:
- Concept and execute visual ideas across digital and social platforms, including paid and organic social, email, landing pages, and promotional assets
- Develop strong creative that supports campaign goals, drives engagement, and implements innovative techniques and strategies
- Translate brand strategy and messaging into compelling visual layouts and designs
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a flexible, freelance environment where work may ebb and flow
- Maintain a high level of craft, accountability, and communication while working independently
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative role in an agency or freelance setting
- Strong understanding of graphic design, photography, illustration, and typography
- Creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, innovative and eye-grabbing visuals, and brand-focused work
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Open to project-based work with fluctuating hours and timelines
- Comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and communicating in a freelance environment
- Curious, collaborative, and not afraid to push big ideas
- Someone who is familiar with social media and digital technology, with an insatiable curiosity for how it applies to our industry
