Role Overview
Method Co. is seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Analytics & Paid Media Specialist to support our growing portfolio of brands. This role will focus on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital advertising spend, with an emphasis on paid social platforms such as Instagram and Meta.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze digital advertising spend across platforms, primarily Meta (Instagram/Facebook)
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, including retargeting and boosting high-performing content
- Track and report on performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and spend efficiency
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve targeting, creative performance, and budget allocation
- Provide concise weekly or bi-weekly performance summaries with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals
- Ensure tracking, pixels, and conversion events are properly set up and functioning
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and analyzing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially Meta/Instagram
- Working with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendation
- Experience with retargeting strategies and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with ad dashboards, reporting tools, and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently within a limited weekly hour commitment
- Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-brand portfolios
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and related analytics platforms
- Prior freelance or agency experience
