Summary

Location: Denver Colorado-local ONLY candidates will work with us in our LoDo office. Do not apply if you cannot do this.
What You’ll Do
PPC Execution: Launch, update, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (builds, audits, budgets, bidding, audiences, creative/asset routing, negative lists, conversion checks).
SEO Work: On-page improvements, technical punch-lists, internal linking, basic off-page coordination, and keyword research that informs content plans. Experience with SEMrush/Ahrefs required.
Reporting: Build and maintain Looker Studio and GA4 dashboards; deliver concise reports with insights/metrics in Google Slides and next actions (SEO, Paid, Social).
Content & Copy: Draft ad copy, social captions, micro-content for social, blogs, and misc. marketing copy for clients and us.
Social Support: Calendar planning, light scheduling/QA, and performance reviews (design support provided—your focus is strategy and messaging).
Client & Team Comms: Join select client calls, coordinate with our founder and contractors (designer, developer), keep tasks moving, and document decisions.
Odd Marketing Tasks: Tidy GTM/GA4 items, UTM governance, landing-page punch-lists, light QA on forms/conversions, and other “make it ship” actions.
Must-Haves
3–5+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
Solid SEO fundamentals (technical + on-page + content planning) and demonstrable keyword research chops.
Proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet analysis.
Excellent written communication and client-facing professionalism.
High ownership, organized, responsive, and comfortable context-switching across multiple accounts.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior agency experience.
Familiarity with GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, or YouTube Ads. Experience collaborating with designers/devs and giving clear creative/UX feedback. Basic familiarity with Pipeline CRM or similar tools.
